I ordered a radiator after another company dropped the ball and didn’t deliver or get back to me. Heating Style was incredible by comparison - I called them up for some tips on installing a dual fuel heating element in one of their models. 1 They picked up the phone in no time and I got to chat with a real person. 2 They answered all my questions right away and let me know that if I placed the order for the radiator, it would arrive in 2 working days. 3. It showed up just a bit over 24 hours later. Absolutely amazing!

This company is just awful to work with. Their customer service is equally bad. A part installed by a certified plumber has a tiny crack on the panel where the controls are located. They said it’s not covered by warranty because it was either installed or not reported as damaged within a few days of purchase. We didn’t damage it, and it’s clear there’s a serious issue with their quality control since the items weren’t properly checked before shipping. I won’t be using this company again and I should’ve paid more attention to the negative reviews they already have. My suggestion? Look elsewhere and buy your products from a different place.

I placed my order and paid, and the company confirmed it. But just three days later, they went ahead and canceled it, refunding my money without giving any reason. They didn’t reach out to me at all until I got in touch to see what was happening. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company. Don’t trust what you see on their site.

I bought a Terma towel radiator heating element. The website was straightforward and user-friendly. A lot of other suppliers were out of stock and didn’t provide any timelines. Heating Style had it available and offered the best price around. They shipped it the same day, and it showed up in just 2 days. Honestly, the service was top-notch!

AVOID THIS PLACE! The service is terrible. I was informed that my order would arrive today, but I received no notification about when it would show up. The day prior, I sent an email inquiring about the arrival time, but got no response. I called the number they provided today, and the agent promised to call me back with an update, but that never happened. When I called again, they said it was their mistake. Thankfully, I used PayPal, so I can dispute the charge. Feels like a scam, honestly—very unprofessional.

This company fails to refresh their product delivery schedules online. They seem more interested in your cash than in keeping you informed about stock issues. After you place your order, they’ll inform you it’ll arrive in two weeks. But guess what? Four weeks later, you’re left chasing them down, only to find out it’s still stuck in limbo with no clear timeline for when it’ll actually show up. The product still claims a delivery time of just 2-3 days. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don’t order from this company!

Here's another online shop that will grab your cash, claim to have your product, but then leave you hanging with nothing showing up. They can't even take a moment to inform you after a whole week. Just poor business all around.
